Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Roorkee Roller Skating Academy manages cancellations, refunds, and fee-related matters.
Registration Fees
Registration fees once paid are non-refundable. Registration confirms enrollment and administrative processing.
Coaching & Training Fees
Coaching or training fees are non-refundable once the training period has commenced.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the academy.
- No refunds will be issued for mid-session or partial attendance.
- Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or fee adjustments.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases (such as medical emergencies), refund or fee adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of the academy management.
Payment Failures
In case of duplicate payments or failed transactions, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the payment gateway’s standard timelines.
Processing Time
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
Policy Changes
Roorkee Roller Skating Academy reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
